Support A Development Project!

The ARDF development model is one-of-a-kind. Our largest projects are presented to our Global Council for review and approval. ARDF contributes by bringing a rigorous system of monitoring and evaluation by an independent researcher. This creates a level of accountability to each project which in turn leads to projects that are sustainable and have a long-term impact.

A new high school in Northern Kenya will expand the educational opportunities in a remote part of the country, building on the academically strong primary school already operated by the church.

Uganda

The church is reducing the number of deaths from treatable illnesses by building a health clinic in Sebei.

Ghana and Uganda

Health clinics in Ghana and Uganda are receiving tools for sustainability and long term stability.

Every year, ARDF is able to support several smaller-budget international development projects in addition to our larger development grants. These small projects typically take the form of matching grants. Churches in the US raise a portion of funds and, together with ARDF, support the vision of local Anglican churches or organizations around the world. We are honored to support partnerships between the US and the global church which create positive change in communities around the world.

A retreat center operated by the church offers trainings on the dangers of deforestation and other environmental concerns.

Western Kenya (Agriculture)

A food processing plant expands options for farmers, bringing them back to their land.

Western Kenya (Chicken Farm)

A school for poor students expands its poultry operation to benefit the entire community.

Burundi

The church provided technical training in modern farming, introduced field schools, and created successful farmers’ networks and cooperatives.

Democratic Republic of Congo (Carpentry Training)

A vocational center in Butembo offers training in carpentry skills and spiritual guidance to young boys re-entering society after getting swept up in civil unrest.

Malaysia

A hostel provides housing for students of the Orang Asli indigenous group, so that they can learn practical skills for a modern economy.

Northern Kenya

A primary school, operated by the church, provides an excellent, Christian education in an area where Christians are the minority. This project expanded the school with a multi-purpose center and kitchen.

Tanzania (Tree Nurseries)

Community groups planted tree nurseries and learned about the dangers of deforestation.

Paraguay

A church operated pre-school expanded their facilities with new classrooms to meet the current demand for high quality, affordable education.

Tanzania (Girls' Hostel)

Democratic Republic of Congo (Katanga)

Two projects in Katanga strengthened the community with a primary school and an agricultural project.
