ARDF is governed by a board of global leaders representing the developing world. They meet annually to determine priorities, approve projects, and the keep ARDF firmly linked to the Global Church. ARDF-US is guided by a Board of Trustees which advises on fundraising and strategic planning.
ARDF's Global Council represents the Anglican Church in the developing world. They approve ARDF large development projects and provide guidance, accountability, and spiritual direction.

Jake lives in Cleveland, TN. He is passionate about relief, community development, and the local church. He has worked extensively with both global and domestic development projects. He is an Anglican priest and worships at The Mission Cleveland, a church he planted. Jake is married to Merica, and they have three teenage sons. Jake joined ARDF in 2020.
Christine recently moved to Boston with her husband, Andrew, after raising three kids in Falls Church, Kigali, and Nairobi. She loves connecting North Americans with ARDF partners overseas. In her free time you can find her exploring the great outdoors or trying new recipes in her tiny city kitchen. Christine joined ARDF in 2016.
Kelli, her husband Tom, and daughter live in Charleston, SC. They spent three years in Ambridge, PA for Tom to attend Trinity School for Ministry in response to his call to priesthood. Kelli joined ARDF in 2017.
Vanessa lives in Burlington, VT and attends St. Timothy Anglican Church. She has worked in international development in Africa and the Middle East, and with a background in business, she likes to explore how entrepreneurship can support families and strengthen communities. One of her favorite things to do is listen to people’s stories. Vanessa joined ARDF in 2022.
Tommy is a member of St. Timothy’s Anglican Church in Spring, TX, in the Diocese of the Western Gulf Coast. Tommy and his wife Kathryn, his love for 45 years, have two children and five grandchildren. He enjoys the outdoors: fishing, hunting, camping, bird watching, gardening, you name it. Even more, Tommy loves to serve the Lord! He came alongside ARDF in 2022.
Emily, her husband Josh, and her young daughter live in Coeur d’Alene, ID where Josh is a priest at St. David’s Anglican in Post Falls and Emily is the director of liturgical music. They enjoy taking family hikes as they explore the mountains near their home. Emily joined ARDF in 2018.
Kristen, her husband, and three daughters live in Cleveland, TN. She attends Mission Cleveland where she also serves as the children's pastor. She enjoys camping and doing anything outdoors with her family. Kristen joined ARDF in 2021.
Shawn hails from Cleveland, TN and loves theology, literature, and spending time with his wife, Aryssa. Shawn joined ARDF in 2022.
Karen lives in Marion County, FL with her husband John who is a Hospice Chaplain. Together, they love to travel and participate in all activities that involve water. After a career in the secular world, Karen is blessed to use her gifts and talents for the service of the Lord. She began working for KCEP in 2013 and became an employee of ARDF when the two organizations merged in 2018.
Lee-Anna Upperman resides in her hometown of New Castle, PA (close to her large sibling group and mom)! Joining ARDF blended education and work experience in social work and ministry. She enjoys playing strategic board games, reading, walking, and paper crafts! Lee-Anna joined the ARDF staff in 2024.
